Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they have proper documentation. TourCrow is not liable for denied entry, deportation, or other consequences of improper documentation.

Liability & Insurance

Limitation of Liability

TourCrow acts as an agent for various service providers and is not liable for their acts, omissions, or defaults. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services, and we exclude liability for:

• Personal injury, illness, or death (except where legally required)
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Delays, cancellations by third parties
• Force majeure events
• Acts of terrorism, war, or political unrest

Travel Insurance

Strongly Recommended: We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance should be purchased at the time of booking for maximum coverage.

Force Majeure

TourCrow shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Terrorism or security threats

• Labor strikes or industrial action
• Infrastructure failures

In such cases, we will work to provide alternative arrangements or issue appropriate refunds as circumstances permit.
